Jason S. Calderon is the founding attorney of Calderon Law Office, P.C. and has been practicing law since 2014. After graduating with B.A. in Sociology from Hunter College of the City University of New York, he earned a law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York.
Mr. Calderon’s practice concentrates primarily in immigration law where he handles all aspects of immigration law including both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, asylum, removal defense, and waivers. He understands the unique challenges faced by a population that too often gets taken advantage of. Mr. Calderon has made it his life’s mission to help immigrants in need and founded Calderon Law Office, P.C. to provide them with a law office that is dedicated to protecting their rights.
In addition to immigration law, Mr. Calderon provides criminal defense from arraignment to trial, defending against all kinds of criminal charges including drug offenses, DWI, robbery, and sex crimes.
Mr. Calderon is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association. He is also fluent in Spanish.
